Exercise is medicine. This is where it is done properly.
Structured, supervised exercise for people rebuilding after cancer treatment, and for adults living with pain, stiffness or lost capability. We test, we build the programme from what the testing shows, and we stay with you long enough for it to hold.
This is exercise coaching delivered by qualified strength and conditioning coaches. It sits alongside your GP, consultant or oncology team rather than replacing them.
Who this is for
Before, during and after cancer treatment
Treatment takes something from the body even when it works exactly as it should. Supervised exercise is one of the few interventions with strong evidence for getting it back, and it needs to be led by people who understand the clinical picture.
The oncology pathway MusculoskeletalOsteoarthritis, back pain and lost capacity
Adults in midlife who have already tried physio, a gym or a trainer, and who need a proper starting measurement, a programme built from it, and somebody still paying attention six months later.
What we help withTest, build, then stay
Assessment
A full session with a coach: your history, what you are trying to get back to, and objective testing of strength, movement, body composition and capacity. You leave knowing your numbers.
A programme built from the findings
Not a template. If the testing shows a weak posterior chain behind your back pain, or a cardiovascular system that treatment has quietly worn down, that is what the programme addresses first, at a load that matches where you actually are.
Coaching, in person and remotely
Closely supervised sessions where technique and load need eyes on them, and remote coaching between times so the work continues around your appointments, your job and your week.
Education, so it outlasts us
We explain what we are doing and why, so that over twelve months you build the knowledge to manage your own body rather than depending on a provider indefinitely.

This is not about intense training
or pushing through anything. It is about movement that is appropriately dosed and carefully guided by someone who understands your diagnosis, your treatment plan and where you are right now.
Where this works best

The assessment exists to answer exactly that. If we are not the right people, we will tell you and point you somewhere better.
Book a consultationQualified strength and conditioning coaches
Every programme is delivered by an S&C coach, not a general fitness instructor. That matters when the person in front of them has a history worth taking seriously and a reason to be cautious about load.
Coach roster and bios for launch, with S&C qualifications and any clinical, oncology or rehabilitation experience. Real photography of coaching and testing sessions is needed across the site rather than stock imagery.
