Restoring fitness after cardiovascular disease
Rebuilding fitness after a cardiac event or diagnosis, or when your GP has flagged blood pressure, blood sugar or activity levels. Structured, monitored and paced to you.

How we work on it
If your GP or consultant has flagged your blood pressure, blood sugar or activity levels, or you have been through a cardiac event and want your fitness back, we build a structured, monitored programme around where your body actually is right now. No judgement about where you are starting from, just a clear, structured way forward.
Exercise is a core part of cardiac rehabilitation, and of managing pre-diabetes and high blood pressure, in every major clinical guideline. What most people lack is somewhere calm to do it, with someone who has read the clinical picture.
- A graded cardiovascular fitness test before anything else, so intensity is set from data rather than guesswork
- Sessions monitored and progressed at a pace your heart and lungs can handle
- Strength work alongside, because muscle protects metabolic health
- Delivered alongside your cardiologist or GP, never around them
If you have had a cardiac event or have a diagnosed heart condition, you need clearance from your consultant or GP before starting. Tell us when you book and we will coordinate with your care team.

Before any programme is written, we test.
Body composition, a graded cardiovascular fitness test, strength testing and a movement screen, recorded properly and repeated every four months so progress is measured rather than felt.
