The first step is a consultation, not a commitment. We will ask what is going on, what you have already tried and what you want to get back to, and give you a straight answer on how well this suits you.
If we are not the right people for what you are dealing with, we will say so on that call and point you towards someone more appropriate. That is a better outcome for everyone than a programme that was never going to work.
Booking tool. The brief suggests Acuity, Calendly or a healthcare-specific tool with intake forms. Given the consultative sales cycle and the need for CRM capture, HubSpot Meetings would keep this in the same system Excape Studios already uses. Once the tool is chosen, the embed drops in here.
In the meantime, enquiries can go straight to the team.
No. You can book a consultation directly. If what you describe needs medical input first, we will tell you and suggest you speak to your GP before we start.
No. We are strength and conditioning coaches, not physiotherapists, and we do not diagnose or treat. Our work is structured exercise and education, and it often sits alongside physiotherapy rather than replacing it.
It is the situation most people arrive in. The assessment establishes where you actually are, and the programme starts from there rather than from where a textbook thinks you should be.
The assessment and the coaching sessions where load and technique need eyes on them. The programming, check-ins and adjustments between those sessions happen remotely, so the work fits around your week.
Programme structure and pricing are confirmed at consultation, once we know what you need. If you would like an indication before booking, say so when you get in touch.
