Mobility and capacity
Getting off the floor, carrying the shopping, keeping up on a walk or a hill.

How we work on it
Most people describe this as getting older. Much of it is measurable loss of strength and capacity, and much of that is trainable at any age, provided somebody builds the programme around what you are actually trying to do.
- Testing the capability you want back, not a generic fitness score
- Training the patterns that real life demands
- Building capacity so it lasts a day, not a set
- Clear progress markers you can see
This is exercise rehabilitation, not medical treatment. If you have a diagnosed condition, or symptoms that are new, severe or worsening, speak to your GP or consultant first. We are happy to work alongside them.

Before any programme is written, we test.
Body composition, a graded cardiovascular fitness test, strength testing and a movement screen, recorded properly and repeated every four months so progress is measured rather than felt.
